At Holistic Sarah PA, we offer a personalized and comprehensive Concierge Membership exclusively for California residents. This membership is designed to provide you with accessible, ongoing holistic healthcare for a monthly fee of $200.00. As a member, you’ll receive:

• Annual Physical Exam

• Lab Review

• 4 Office or Telemedicine Visits:

• Additional Visits: Any additional visits beyond the four included will be charged at a discounted rate of $150 per visit.

Our Concierge Membership allows you to take control of your health with a holistic and individualized approach, ensuring you have direct access to care when you need it most.

COVID Care Consultation (Available in All 50 States)

For $350, my COVID Care Consultation offers personalized support with alternative treatment options that may help in accessing COVID.

Consultation consists:

• 30-Minute Phone Consultation: A one-on-one session to assess your health and determine a personalized treatment plan.

• Prescription: Prescription based on your specific needs and weight; medication is not included.

• Ongoing Support: Direct access to me for guidance throughout your treatment journey.
